Why work with us?

We work closely with parents of current TCU students along with alumni and others, to find the best properties to meet your needs. This includes dozens of TCU parents from out of state who need assistance throughout the entire search and closing process.

FOCUS. We focus on homes near TCU. Don’t rely on a realtor who doesn’t work specifically with properties within close proximity to campus.

EXPERIENCE. We know the markets and neighborhoods around campus and we know which properties make sense as either a single-family home or an investment while your child is attending TCU. Michael has lived in and worked in the area since 1993.

WE LOVE TCU! Michael is a real estate broker and proud alumni of TCU. He graduated with a BBA and an MBA while also earning All American honors as the TCU placekicker (1994-1997). This means you are working with someone who is dedicated to TCU and understands the changing landscape of the local housing market. Michael lives close to the TCU track facility and owns Chisholm Realtors, LLC – located on Bluebonnet Circle just south of TCU.
